This is standard policy for most European airlines on these routes.
- 20 kg in Y
- 30 kg in J
- 40 kg in P

If you are an elite member of the airline's FFP, you sometimes have an additional baggage allowance. In the case of AF :
- 5kg for Silver
- 10kg for Gold
- 20kg for Platinum

Please note that these benefits are specific to each FFP and are not alliance-wide benefits.

On the other hand, for transatlantic flights, the piece concept applies for most airlines. For AF (with specific rules for flights to/from Brazil):
- 2x23kg in Y (2x32kg for AF Platinum members)
- 2x32kg in J and P

For your DXB segment, the allowance type (weight or piece concept) depends on whether the segment is on the same itinerary as your transatlantic segment.
