Thanks for the replies. I called Delta this morning and Mexico is included in Latin America. I live in in the bay area and am eyeing the 15k bonus for 2RT to Latin America starting Sep. 15. Anybody know of any cheap fares from California to Mexico on Delta? Maybe a topic for Mileage Run huh?
