Just throwing this out there, but isn't there a fundamental problem with a high end card using a rewards program that is universal among Citi cards? Any benefit to the TY network will also be applicable to card members across a large cross section of incomes which means that it will be harder to give benefits to high net worth individuals.
If I were an airlines and was negotiating I'd be more willing to give better benefits to a small group of individuals with high spending habits than a large group of individuals who don't clearly fall into any demographic.
