I got comped $100 for a 2-hour delay
My flight was delayed for 2 hours because the crew had not arrived from another flight. So I wrote an email to 1P customer service because I did not know whether I was entitled to some compensation.
The response is: please know that as our flight and schedules are subject to change, we don't compensate customers based on their being involved in flight irregularities. Your disappointment nonetheless is understood so I hope you will use the enclosed discount travel certificate ($100) I'm providing as a gesture of goodwill.
