which ISP are you on? - rang web support out of curiosity because AOL deems me worthy of only a 3 hr window each day I can access the site... apparently AOL users with IP adresses starting 190 (might be 195) are the victims having the problems because AOL refuse to accept it's a problem with their servers not allowing access to the BA.com gateway...

I paraphrased the reasoning as I have a habit of tuning out techno-speak, so forgive me if that doesn't make an awful lot of sense.
