Now, in my travels, BOS is at the bottom of the list. It has only a couple of measley concessions: one is a combo Burger King and Pizza Hut that is always crowded, impossible to navigate with bags, and has only 1/8 of the seats it needs. There is a bar restaurant, again, with only a couple of seats. The concourse area looks mangy. Poorly kept. Over the past year they have moved the security line out of the way of the concourse, for no apparent reason. Add to this, the fact that the AC uses that godforsaken "Logan wireless" which requires your full address and billing information each time rather than tmobile, which most of us have accounts with by now.

No, BOS is at the bottom for me now. Are they doing anything about these issues?
Probably one of the main reasons I didn't bother to renew my AC membership, the lounge was really no better than the terminal. Even the free t-mobile hotspot day passes weren't a factor.

It always amazed me as to how bad BOS is compared to other airports, I can't think of any aspect that is better than even some smaller airports I've visited. Parking, rental cars, luggage handling, security etc.

Even with the new and improved Terminals A and E it's still just the worst place to have to go through (and I live here! ).

Worst terminal though I think is TermC with TermB close behind, I've stood in TermB waiting for the security line in TermC had to fly continental that day.
