I guess I am less demanding of what my free upgrades get me. Nicer and roomier seat, more leg room, easy on & off, usually beverage service before takeoff and a place to hang my jacket. I pay on average $300 - $350 for round trips from IND-PHX. I am fairly certain tha folks in rows 5 and back pay just as much if not more. NWA has always treated me well for what I am paying them. For that I continue to reward them with my business on a very frequent basis. Complaining about the freebies is not on my "to do" list with them.
