Zuji had the same base fare for HKG-SGN return on sale last week as well. Came to about HKD 1038 all in. We're going next Friday.
Fare did state no miles, but had also gotten an email from a local TA with base fare of HKD 799 for either SGN or SIN and that was a mileage earning fare.
Any way you look at it, these are GREAT deals ex-HKG as the current CX fare special to SGN is 2000+
