I just made an award reservation for points on the internet for the first time. I phoned SAS, but call resulted to no availabilty. I tried on flysas.com and succeeded, but an error message was displayed at the end of the process.
Nevertheless I have 5 symbol SK internal booking reference. Points are deducted from my account. Does SAS provide a PNR code for the award booking? They sure do on a telephone reservation. I would feel better if I could check booking on
www.checkmytrip.com because of the strange error message after re-confirming my password.
Calling local SAS EuroBonus support is not an option, they rarely answer the phone
