Paris:
Day1 (Sunday): Arrive early morning into CDG (Paris) from EWR. Adjust. Stay at Prince de Galles Starwood Hotel for entire stay in Paris.
Day 2(Monday): Explore City - Dinner at Eiffle Tower
Day 3(Tuesday): Explore City - Walk by river & picnic lunch.
Day 4(Wednesday): Explore City - relax in cafe's explore not so obvious places in Paris.
Day 5(Thursday): Explore City - Wrap up Paris Part
Westin is ok and in the center of Paris, so I think you did great choice. I was thinking about your flight to Rome if it is really early morning is better to move to the Sheraton at the airport when you will have direct access to the terminals, as well architecture is very cool. Going to CDG airport in the morning is a nightmare. And one other thing but not related with *wood, food in the restaurant in the Eifel tower is not worth the price! Depends on the budget take a good boat and have a dinner there, or just go to the one of the Michelin restaurants
