I am flying SFO-PEK and back later this month, and i noticed that I can't upgrade with miles through NW because I have a K-class ticket.

However, on the Onepass website, it says K-Class fares are eligble for upgrades. Can I use Continental Miles to upgrade my K-Class NW ticket?
