One time I used a bunch of paper towels, one with soap on it. Sketchy, but it was worth it for the 3+ hours I was going to be at Schiphol. Now I keep a little bar of hotel soap, hotel shampoo and a hand towel in my carryon. I've always carried a washcloth with me because in Europe the hotels don't always supply them.

As an aside, does anyone know where I can find a WAV file with the proper Dutch pronunciation of Schiphol? I'd like to be able to pronounce it right, since I go through there so often.
