I live in San Jose. Flying out of SJC: Park at work downtown and take light rail to SJC, if I have time; or get a ride from my partner if he has time; or park in long-term if I have to; or take taxis from home and back if I will be gone long enough that that's cheaper than parking. Flying out of SFO: Park at an off-airport lot if I won't be gone very long. If I'll be gone long enough to make it cheaper, I'll rent a car one way from SJC to SFO and again back, and use the above means to get to and from SJC.
