NZ issued Platinum cards with Air NZ fares, both will accrue Airpoints (or whatever your FF plan is, I guess). US issued cards don't appear to, but a colleague who has used his US issued card with the 2-4-1 said both people got airpoints.

The NZ Platinum Air NZ fares book into C, usually on a C2R or CR fare basis from my discussions with Platinum Travel.
