Just my experience, but Air Asia has a record of being late - and Bangkok Air of being on time.

My last two flights with Air Asia - one was an hour late departing - the other and hour and 45 minutes late.

Both at the time - last week - were operating out of the same terminal at Don Muang.

I'd go with the three hours.
