OK... where's the logic? It's not PST/MST (the LAS would get it, as with LAX/SAN/SEA). It's might be west-coast vs. inland (SAN/LAX/SEA vs. LAS/PHX). Maybe distance? No, MCO gets dinner, SAT doesn't. Avg revenue? Works with SAT, but LAS (isn't that hight avg. revenue?)?
There must be some other metric that we just don't see...
