The Westin LV was great.Is the Aladdin as dated as people say it is?
Or is it highly acceptable?Are the 59 dollar rates booked on the Aladdin site point and stay credit earning?

I have stayed at the Aladdin several times and didn't have any complaints about the beds or sheets, but YMMV. They aren't quite heavenly beds - if that is important then definitely go Westin. One common complaint on the Aladdin master thread is the distance to the parking garage. So if you are using your car frequently, you definitely will be happier at the Westin or HGVC. I got SPG points and stay credits for all my Aladdin stays, even ones booked thru the Aladdin website incl $59 nights. In general the service is better at Westin, but Aladdin has more food options including Starbucks, PF Changs, and an ABC store in the mall so you can stock the in-room frig.
