I was wondering if anyone has received anything more than what is outlined here, and how to best go about it?

The train I was taking was the Canadian and departed about 10.5 hrs late due to a derailment. The biggest issue for me was that they had changed the departure time at least 3 times, really messing up any chance for a decent sleep.
