I was looking for various hotel awards, in various cities around the world, for stays sometime this calendar year.

I asked for (let us say) 3 days stay - an award level is displayed (eg 16K to 24K comes up) - so far, so good. Then, when one wants to finalize the transactions, one goes to the next page, and realizes that the Aeroplan mileage required is for one day - for 3 days, one would need a 3 one-day certificates - ie one would use 48K to 72K for the 3 night stay.

PS-I think that the cost of a hotel stay (using Aeroplan awards) may be somewhat high, at least compared to getting the same stay via hotel points (most of the hotels that were displayed were Sheraton Hotels).
