90% of the DL service between Washington and the NYC area is handled out of DCA. Almost all of the traffic is DCA-LGA.
The other 10% would be the one BWI-JFK flt per day. There is presently no other DL service to NYC out of BWI.
IAD to NYC on DL? You can't get there from here.
