NW did put a quasi-WBC in their A320s in Asia back during the SARS scare. CO wouldn't want to do the quasi thing, but if they could get a BF-equipped 73G with the right range, I can't see what the issue is.
My thoughts exactly. Maybe pull a row of first and coach out plus moving the bulkhead back a bit would allow for enough BF seats to make the flights profitable.
