The truth is that Delta doesn't yet have the automation to deduct the value of voucher. Agents have to do this manually so until that changes, you won't see this on delta.com. I have heard through the grapevine that the automation may be in place sometime next year. Lord know how this will be affected by budget cutbacks.
Remember, before Leo came into the company, Delta and Delta Technology were still using technology from the 70s. It's going to take them some time to get everything we all want.
