Yeap!, Once, when I had to make a connection in DEL.
(last connection of the day)
Scheduled arrival of my intl flight 9:15pm, and the connection departs
at 10:25pm (with half an hour minimum checking time) from the
domestic terminal some 10 kilmeters away.

My flight lands ar 9:35pm, I clear the customs and immigration by 9:40
paid the taxi driver the double the amount to beat the traffic
and lights and got me there by 9:55pm phew! and the
10:25 flight leaves at 10:10

I was very nervous.
