Exactly. These planes are fine on short & thin hops and that's where they should stay. Putting them on routes that approach 1,000 miles or more is torture and leads to them alienating loyal customers. I suppose they can get away with it on PHX-ICT because they don't have any competition from WN, but put CRJs on routes with direct competition from WN and I'm not sure why anyone would choose the CRJ.
