I've had no luck in getting an award night released at the Willard next month even though lots of revenue rooms are shown on the website. I was told there was a specific allotment of award rooms and once gone, there are no more to be had. Even being Plat and RA didn't seem to help much. Obviously, the "no blackouts" doesn't extend to mean "no capacity controls" on award nights...
