Oh those are fun.. I had it once.. you are about to board.. they give you a coach ticket, a voacher for $120 off a future ticket and 2 drink coupons....
But at least they treated me well in Coach, offered me the free headphones, gave me a First class meal and kept saying "We were told we have to take care of you from the Capitain". ^
I was impressed that the captain personally apologized for my inconvenience. There was a big RED sign on my "assigned" seat saying it was out of order. Damm row 3!!
