The only 737 they have doesn't leave until Monday evening, so I had to have them change the flight to Sunday evening. So a route that just a few years ago was 3 737 and 1 CRJ daily, went to 2 737 and 2 CRJ, is now down to 1 737 and 3 CRJ daily. I don't understand this because the flights that I'm on are often oversold and they're asking for volunteers. I don't understand how HP expects to compete with WN on this route when they're sending a bunch of Mesa junk on this route. I hope this is a temporary change because if it's not, I'll be switching to WN on this route in the future. At least they don't fly RJs!
This is something I was afraid of... Mesa's pull in the new US AIRWAYS. I believe they are one of the "equity owners" and I am sure they are taking alot of the routes that US/HP won't fly Mainline on due to aircraft shortages. It is all a push by US to fill all their seats... I have seem the Mesa planes (in America West livery) all over CLT doing the shorter hops there. I do not mind the CLT-SAV as much... I do DETEST the PHX-ICT (Wichita)... would also not be happy with your flight either

For connecters like me.... I am going more to UA when this happens and fly Ted. Most of my flight times are the same... and I get E+ instead of "Economy Canned"
