I know that the A type can be combined on one ticket and that the B kind can not. The rules I posted were for the A type. If anyone else wants to elaborate on other types of vouchers please do so. Knowledge is power.
But isn't rule 2 saying they
can not be combined, or am I reading something wrong?

When receiving these vouchers, I have been told a residual value will be issued
in the name of the person whose name is on the new ticket not the person who originally received the voucher (if they are different people).
