I didn't see anything in his report that indicates a security breach. What were you referring to?

The person who may have got through security screening with one name on the boarding pass and another on the boarding pass -- so what? He was still screened, wasn't he? The main reason to check that the correct name appears on your boarding pass is for revenue protection, not for security. (Also on international flights, they don't want to fly you to some country where you will be denied entrance, because then the airline gets fined, I think. Again, not a security issue.)

If you think there was some security breach here, I think the onus is on you to explain what you think the breach was and what risk you think it posed or what kind of threat you think the breach opens up.
