Dublin is crammed with great places to eat. Loads of great places around Temple Bar, but be careful to avoid the obviously touristy places. Sinead O'Connor's Bad ... Cafe was good fun last time I was there a couple of years ago. For celebrity street cred, there's the restaurant at the Clarence Hotel, owned by U2's Bono. For an old fashioned colonial experience, Afternoon Tea at the Shelbourne (St Stephen's Square) takes some beating. Any celebs in town will probably go there at least once. Classy place. Oscar Wilde loved it!
