LH tends to demand a card even if it says UA *G on the BP. Last time at an SK lounge they just swiped the BP.

But I gather that Susan only uses the US status for lounge access. I received a letter from UA MP when I became UA *G in late 2002. UA informed that they wouldn't send me a card until Feb 03 when the new cards were issued.
