This happened to my SO. All her WorldPerks material (flying NW, of course) was printed with a Mr. She wasn't very happy with that, though she never once did receive a strange glance. Likely because her name can't be taken for a guy's name.

In any case, when she made elite (thanks to myself, of course), we quickly fixed up the issue and changed it back to a Ms. Of course, we had requested this earlier. Seems Northwest only really cared once she turned elite.
