Euro account not UK? I ordered some replacement tags on Saturday as it happens and it all worked exactly as above for my (UK) account. It said can order up to 3 items in my membership year - the 2 choices are bagtags and card itself. Interestingly, at the bottom of the page it now lists my previous order and says it's 'Fulfilled'. For me at least, an easy to use area of the site which appears to have worked seamlessly! ^
