Sounds just like (or at least similar to) a well-known and very annoying

MMB bug - I've not been able to get an e-ticket receipt or mail myself an itinerary for at least a year IIRC. The usual workaround is to make sure you're
not logged in to your EC account and then (on the ba.com front page) use the PNR/surname combo. to retrieve your booking,
then try to print/mail what you need. For some reason, it then seems to work
