BA - Flight Disruption / Cancellation Claim

I was due on the BA392 LHR-BRU this morning, at first it was delayed by an hour and then cancelled, we were booked onto the later BA402.

The purser on the 402 handed out some info on what we were entitled to under the new EU regs in terms of compensation. It included a link to this site http://www.britishairways.com/travel...p/public/en_gb where you can see details of the compensation and also enter an online claim.

I haven't seen this site mentioned on here before and a search didn't throw up anything, so apologies if this has been posted before.

I'll be making an online claim for compensation, looks like 120 EUR for today's problems (although I'm tired after a long day and may need to re-read that in the morning) and will report back on success, or otherwise. Could others do the same...?
