I personal think they should at least offer an automatic transmission. Everyone can drive an automatic, not everyone can drive a manual. I can drive a manual, but it isn't pretty, and wouldn't be the best thing for the car. Thus, I think the choice would be nice. I have lived for two years in Europe, and would not want to drive a stick in the middle of Paris any day, even if I knew how to drive one well!
