The morons in charge of the TSA have so conditioned me to expect exploding shoes that I now fear shoes and people wearing shoes in public. I think to myself, "What if that's a shoe bomb? Shouldn't we have some ETD machines out in public places just to make sure that shoe isn't gonna blow up?"

I really think we ought to ban shoes. You have no business wearing shoes in public. They could be harboring dangerous explosives.
