Where are they getting all the 757-200s?
US has new service to Europe using the ATA purchased birds but where are they getting all the ETOPS certified 757s for the Hawaii runs? Have the US planes been granted ETOPS certificates or is the entire HP 757 fleet been dedicated to the 50th state?
