My only experience (concerning the 5/10/15 promo) had the reply e-mail coming in at 71 hours and 30 minutes. Aside from the thumbs up response, it also gave me a laugh thinking about someone at the other end hurriedly typing with one eye on the clock!

Sent another e-mail to the Diamond address yesterday; we will see in the next couple of days how that one times out.
