I wrote to the glasgow hhonors email address about some queries about two weeks ago but never got a response. So, I decided to write to Hilton again using the Customer Support fill-in form on the hilton.com website. From that I got an acknowledgement that they would reply within 72 hours but a week went by with nothing. Then I wrote again but that time I didn't even get the "72hr acknowledgement".

Is anyone else having issues with getting responses from Hilton? I'm a HH Gold and I don't believe that there exists a specific Gold contact.
