First of all, let me echo Traveller's comments, if you arent happy with the airline MOVE ON and stop whining (sorry but after being away a couple days coming back to this whining just found my last nerve tonight).

Second thought, those of you whining would be the same ones if DL made the delivery of the cards (STUPID PLASTIC CARDS) fancy and over the top would be on him trashing delta for spending money on packaging while in chap 11. And if anyone doubts this fact, go back and read the threads about the christmas card and how that was such a waste of money that shouldnt be spent.

Third, the thrill is not supposed to be the stupid plastic card. If you have so little in your life that your card needs to excite you you need to reevaluate. Do you all whine when your Amex (or in Traveller's case your Visa) shows up and it isnt in a crystal box with a singer and dancer to excite you?
