Does 1P or *Gold have the privilege to reserve an exit row seat in US airways' flight?
Every time I have taken US Airways, even as a 2P, I have been allowed to pre-reserve exit row seats. On the Shuttle, which doesn't have pre-reserved seating, I have always been able to choose an exit row seat at an airport kiosk, even as a 2P.

So call back until you get the exit row. (Unless policies have changed in the last month or two, which I doubt.)
