I've had nothing but bad experiences with flying Mesa so far this year, in the past 5 weeks I've had 2 cancellations, and one delay of more than 3 hrs flying this route and back. On a round trip ticket, IAD->LGA, LGA->IAD, I had to change both flights to fly on US Airways because of delays and cancellations.
