To be honest one of my worst nightmares is being stuck in a middle seat in Y for 11hrs or more but for some people they have better things to worry about.
Numbers 1 and 2 are quite true. I've a friend who won't OLCI because 'I don't want people to to lose their jobs' - an admirable view, but I don't think ground staff will disappear, as some pax will think OLCI is too much aggro
or lacks the personal touch.
Haven't been in a middle seat since 1983 - whew.
