I know the answer amongst us FT'ers is "At least 100%".
But my experience for last Friday's flight prompts me to ask whether this is true for BA passengers in general.
I was unable to OLCI at -24 hours because of some technology issues which were nothing to do with BA. So I had to wait until I reached the office in the morning, by which time it was something like -13 hours. But my sequence number was still only 13 - and it wasn't like I was in the office particularly early, having had to pack (such as it was for a weekend away).
This isn't the first time that I've seen something like this, so I don't think it's just a statistical aberration. But by definition I can only see this if for some reason I have been unable (or forgotten

) to OLCI at -24 hours, and had to do it later.
So what is the actual proportion of passengers who are using OLCI? And what's the pattern? Why do so few people seem to OLCI at or about -24 hours? Do people only OLCI a few hours before the flight? Or is OLCI actually not being widely used at all?
