ABA is great for their hotel program. I was in BOS with family for brother in law's marriage. Could not find a hotel (normal room) for under 375 in the downtown area. Called ABA, and got a suite (separate sitting area with FP) at the ritz for $250 per night. This was a few years ago, but it was my first experience with ABA hotel program, and was very satisfied.

NOw it can be touch and go. At starwood properties the aba rate can be higher, but at luxury properties (4 seasons, Ritz), it is significantly lower.
