hey! i have not got the fee 100% waived but whenAMEX should have charged 295 fee due to the 100 retro form 8 month unused gold card fee, they charged 175..?? strange but amex gave me 10,000 pts for upgrade and a 125 discount??? it has been some billing statements now and they have yet to catch the error....
