I can't recall the names. CO has a flight that goes between HNL and GUM through these islands. At least one of these islands is a top secret military island and shades have to be down, I believe. There was a WSJ article on this back in the 90s.
I guess if it was in WSJ, its not a secret anymore. Does not make a whole lotta
sense to keep the shades down for that. And I dont think its easy to
enforce that either.
