I'm so confused, does anyone know what park is right next to Buckingham Palace in London?

I know that this park had the Royal stable and the Winston Churchill museum was on the opposite side of the park from Buckingham Palace. My internet searches tell me that it is Hyde Park, but they also say that Hyde Park has a Speaker's Corner, which I thought was in a park on the other side of town next to Harrod's.
