does anyone know if theres an Arrival Lounge for either SkyElite members whether aPlat on NW or CO? what if flying in BF?

If there is where is it located? Im heading over and a Friend is also but there will be some down time between the time both of Us get in, so I figured its easier to meet at an Arrivals Lounge rather then try to hook up elsewhere. We both will be going with Carry-ons Only
